1. SITE SELECTION
We identify prospective sites and conduct a thorough PROPERTY REVIEW, including ZONING ASSESSMENT, to determine potential INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITY. Additionally, we perform a TECHNICAL REVIEW to address any physical or legal constraints related to the site.
2. COST & INVESTMENT RETURN
We identify overall DEVELOPMENT COSTS, quantify CONSTRUCTION RISKS specific to the site, and assess estimated INVESTOR RETURNS based on projected sales, final costs, and market demand at the completion date.
3. DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGEMENT
To ensure timely completion, we develop a DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION STRATEGY that aligns with the overall investment program. We localize design and construction to match market capabilities and styles, minimizing costs and maximizing selling value. Additionally, we manage design consultants and construction costs to keep the project within budget and guarantee investor returns.
